SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Average arrival time is 7-10 days after dispatch. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery time is 12-19 days.

Can I cancel, amend, combine or add something to my order I just placed?
When your order is placed, our warehouse begin to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a secondary order.
Can I exchange my order for a different style?
We are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to purchase an alternative style, then please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website. Alternatively, please contact our Personal Shopping team who would be delighted to place it for you on the telephone.
How long does shipping take?
Average arrival time is 30 days after dispatch. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery time is up to 49 days.

Where is my order?
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. This will inform you which carrier we have used to deliver your package, and of your tracking number. Please track your order directly on Section “Track my parcel” or with the relevant link below.

Return & Refund Policy:
The Company does not accept returns or refunds on any giveaway (pay for shipping only) products once the product is delivered to the carrier. If a product offered on the Company Sites is not as described, you may return the item, as specified in Terms of Purchase.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however, should you wish to return your order for return & refund, please note we will accept returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn. We cannot accept returns on opened packs of hosiery.
Please be advised that, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns for lipsticks, lip balms, skincare or earrings due to hygiene reasons.

How to return your order
Please contact our Customer Care team who can help you further with your return. Vivienne Dufort will refund postage up to the value of your outbound shipping charge, upon request and with a valid proof of posting.
Any unauthorized order returned to the warehouse will be returned to sender.
